	Dear ALL. we are  doing manufacturing of Stamping, and maintain rawmaterial register as well as Rg1 Registers, now we are purchases  of finished goods with duty paid for the purpose of selling (as such) now we are entering that  goods directly to Rg1 register but my quiry is Cenvat Credit  availment, That Cenvat Credit is eligable, if eligable we will take ANNEXURE 10 Register  or which register will enter. Annexure 10 Register means Inputs, Packing Material Credit availed register. Manufacturer is eligable  cenvat credit  for finished goods purchases. Please guide me as per the central excise Law.

RG1 is meant for manufactured goods only 

for trade purpose u have to use RG23A-part 1 for stock and 23A part 2 for duty and clerar the goods from RG23A itself ( with duty debit and credit )

alternate, get a dealer registration 

maintain RG23D and sell the goods with or without excise duty invoice as per the buyer criteria.

Sir, We are the manufacturer, we have to use packing materials while selling finished goods, the cost also included in the selling price.    Can we avail cenvat credit on the purchase of packing material?

Yes, you can avail cenvat credit on the packing material.  If you give details of your packing material, i can explain in detail.
