cenvat credit can be claimed only by a manufacturer and not by trader. I think u get ur ans 4m that
In case of manufacturer, Cenvat credit obtained on purchase of machinery is to be refunded in the year of sale if such sale is within 1 year of availment . A trader of machinery is not entitled to avail cenvat credit. No cenvat credit is available on office maintenance.
