Hi All

I m registered under Delhi VAT and Central Sales tax. now I m going to start business in Haryana for that I hav to register myself with Haryana VAT. Now, should I registere again with CST for doing business in Haryana while I hav alredy CST No. in delhi  ???????

Or One CST No (TIN) is applicable for all other states ??

Yes, the same CST no. is ok. No need to apply new

cst no will be unique all our india so you need not register again but for the Haryana vat you have to register

Dear ,

If goods purchased in Haryana as interstate or received as stock transfer,It is impossible to issue form "C" or Form "F" from Delhi Branch.All state have their own CST rule.

So, CST registration have to be obtained in Haryana also

If u want to import or export (from or to other states), registration under CST will be required at Hariyana.

 yes, because cst act is governed as per state act. separate registration of cst is required for each state.

I want to start my own properitor business and purchase goods from delhi and send to Punjab and Himachal state. Kindly advise the procedure and time taken to obtain TIN/CST no. from department. pls advise.
