28 March 2014I have started trading business from Bharuch and selling Liquid Nitrogen all over Gujarat.
I am purchasing LIN from GNFC Bharuch and selling it all over gujarat.
My Question:-
I have taken GCMMF's tender for 3 years to produce LIN and GCMMF is excempted from Central Excise But i have to pay Central Excise to GNFC.
What is the solution for me Related to Central Excise in this case???

Sir,
You are sale and purchase the excisable goods on trading basis and you paid the excise duty on your purchase and also exempted goods you have.
In this regard, you have to take the Excise Registration as a Trader, and if you are manufacturer then manufacturer registration.
If you have any query in this regard plz forward the same.
