dear all,

                  my one of client who have no record for there excise paymnet & return from fy 2007-08 to till date , they have regulary collecting  excise but i am unable to get any details relates to paymnet & return from client accounts & file , we also did not want to go excise inspector for the same,

can any one please guide me how can i get any information regarding paymnet & return

Without records on what basis your client has filed excise returns and made exceise payments.......

If your client records have damaged for any reason then you need to approach either his consultant who was  preparing returns and the nlast remedyu offcourse to reach to Inspector/Suppttd of CE.
