Only Additional Customs Duty amount paid is eligible for exemption and not the basic customs duty
thak you mahesh for reply, and my Actual queary was Additional Duty(Imports) elegible for Cenevat credit (service Tax) pls advice and AD(Imports) already charges how to take Exemption .
