what is ceiling limit of acceptance deposit for companies other than eligible companies?

In case of other than eligible companies, the ceiling limit of acceptance for deposit - 25% of paid up capital & free reserve and compliance of section 73(2) a to e points

Yes. rule 3(3) first proviso ..in private companies only
