Cdsl audit- need guidance

Respected Sir/Mam  

I need proper guidance with respect to CDSL DIS Audit.  

Request you to answer following question  

1) What is eligibility criteria to conduct this audit?

2) Can DISA qualified CA is eligible to conduct such audit without any additional requirement?

3)  Is MEF Number compulsory for same?

4) Please provide some reference whereby I can refer what is the scope of such audit?    

Need Urgent Help....Please Suggest...
