Quick Summary
CCTV cameras are treated as fixed assets, usually under office equipment. Depreciation is generally 15 percent, though higher rates like 60 percent may apply if classified under specific electronic or computer related assets.

Sure we can captalize CCTV as a fixted assets under  office equipment block  eligible depriciation is 15 % as per CA and IT act

Isn't the depreciation rate 60%?
