Cctv camera is fixed assets or not

HELLO FRIENDS,I WANT TO ASK IS CCTV CAMERA IS A FIXED ASSETS,IF YES THAN WHAT SHOULD BE ITS DEP RATE....THANX

Sure we can captalize CCTV as a fixted assets under  office equipment block  eligible depriciation is 15 % as per CA and IT act

 

Isn't the depreciation rate 60%?
