CBDT Press Release on exemption from filing I-T return for p

CBDT Says..."Persons receiving salary from more than one employer, having income from sources other than salary and interest income from a savings bank account, or having refund claims shall not be covered under the scheme."

What about persons having Loss under the head "Income from house Property"  and the same is reported to employer nd included in form 16....r they exempt from filing return?
