catering composition scheme

if anyone register under composition scheme and from april he start catering business in composition scheme and ready to pay 6% and 1 % for old business so he need to take new registration or not and should I suggest him to make a new bill book for both 1 % and 6% or make bill for both goods sale and catering in same bill book
