our company got listed in dec 2017 and now it is mandatory for us to appoint peer review auditor.
our existing auditor is not peer review auditor.
so in case we take resignation from existing auditor will this amount to casual vacasy due to resignation or disqualification.
do we have to take shareholders approval for appointment of peer review auditor?

In case casual vanancy arise in the office of the auditor...such vacation shall be filled by board within 30 days if vacancy arise due to resignation of auditor such casual vacancy filled by board approved in the meeting of members convened withing 3months from such appointment
morover peer review auditor is not eligible for statutory audit in same company
