How to fill a Casual vacancy of an Auditor- arise due to Resignation of Auditor. Auditor Resign as on 30.06.2014 what is the time period (gap)of Appointment of new Auditor and what is the process to file attachment ADT-1 & 3.

if possible plz provide format of Notice and Resolution of EGM.

Hi, for the same, pls refer to sec 139 (8)(i) of the Companies Act 2013 and relevant rules....... Print form ADT 1 & 3....fill it up manually and get it signed as per the requirements....scan and attach to form GNL 2 and file the GNL 2........
