I want to know whether Cash Transaction Limit Rs 200000/- as efffective From today is applicable to Single Transaction with one Party and whether it is applicable to per day or per month or per Year total Transaction with one party or as a whole?

Applicable to aggregate of transactions with any single party per day
pls explain
269ST is applicable when a person receive an amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs or more
-in aggregate from a person in a day
-or in respect of a single transaction
-or in respect of transactions relating to one event or ocassion from a person
otherwise than by account payee cheque or account payee bank draft or use of electronic clearing system through a bank account.
269 ST is applicable for aggregrate of transactions on person per day . Some of them give explanations, it will be countable of accounting period , isn't right or wrong
