IN CASE OF CASH RECEIPT RS. 4,75,000/- ON OCTOBER MONTH 2017 THERE IS WHAT RULE ON THAT TIME (DETAILS OF RULES ON CASH DEPOSIT AND WHAT IS PUNISHMENT ON THAT (REMEMBER ITS ON OCTOBER 2017 (MEANS BEFORE CASH DEMONETIZATION))

Yes, the restriction is at present enforced u/s. 269ST
