Cash payment above rs. 5000/-
Is it compulsory to affix revenue stamp on all type to cash payment made above Rs. 5000/- or Cash given as advance. And what is the reason of the same.

Yes it will secure for you.if u don't stamp and if in future some conflicts arises u can produce in court of law as evidence
Is it compulsory in case of advance given to some one in cash??
