I am going to take a lease a home for Rs. 6 Lakhs. The owner of the house is asking to pay By cash. & I would like to do an agreement for 3 years how I can pay this amount. Is it any problem if I pay by cash. Pl suggest me sir
please pay the same via cheque/demand draft any agreement which is done for a period of more than 11months should be registered as per the registration of documents
