cash limit per day Rs 10000

in my company.. with in state more
than 3 branch's... daily we have spend lot expense....above Rs 5000 and less than Rs 10000... we are using only tally software.... we debit expense from urd and credit to petty book... in monthly gst filling purpose...we consolidated 3 branch books accounts... and urd purchase also come under RCM...

in income tax side... we donot pay Rs 10000 to particular urd person..

please clarify .... we donot create urd person name in Tally software.... we create expense ledger only ...and payment by petty cash book
