CASH flow Statement - PCC may 2010

i got 90000 in cash flow did anyone got the same i am confused



CF from operating Activities       640000

C F from Inst act                      - 470000

CF from Financing Act           - 260000



Total cF                                     - 90000



tell me where i did mistake. we have to lee: divident received in operating activities adjestment or not

cash from operating activity is 740000

hey buddy operating avtivities how? 740000 why have you added divident income instead of reducing it  

Net Profit after tax = 330000

+depreciation = 220000

+int paid = 140000

- dividend recd = (50000)

- increase in stock = (20000)

+ decrease in debtors = 60000

+ decrease in bills receivable = 10000

+ increase in creditors = 50000

NET CASH FLOW FROM OPERATING ACITIVITY = 330000+220000+140000-50000-20000+60000+10000+50000 = 740000

Cash flow from operating activities - 740000

Cash flow from Investing  activities - (522000)

Cash flow from Financing activities - (210000)

Net cash flow - 10000

Opening balance - 60000 so hence closing balance - 70000

You shld consider both interest paid & Dividend recd , Dividend paid & to be deducted from Operating and the other aeffect to be given in Financing activity

In the question 6A related to Foreign Exchange

What would be the Entry for 2nd and 3rd Installment??

^ no entry for 2nd and 3rd installment is required as relevant foreign exchange rate was nt given
