For F.Y. 2014-15 even pvt, co.s are reqd to prepare CFS. My question is whether co. is reqd to prepare previous year CFS also? I mean to say Balance Sheet and P&L contains two columns of CY and PY figures, should CFS be prepared like that or should it contain only 2014-15 data??

No, CFS should contain both current year and preceeding year figures, however it is better to show current year figures in detail and regarding preceeding year figures, only the final outcome should be shown.
