Quick Summary
Depositing cash into a savings account, even a significant amount like Rs. 1.5 lakh, generally doesn't require a separate declaration in your Income Tax Return (ITR). The focus for taxation is typically on the interest earned from the account, which may be eligible for deductions under sections 80TTA or 80TTB. If you need to explain the source of the funds, consider options like maturity from a policy, an investment, or the purchase of bullions.

Cash deposited to your savings account is not required to be declared in ITR.

Offer interest earned in the account for taxation with sec. 80TTA/80TTB benefit...

Source of income
Accumulated cash tha wo deposit kar diya,
Do not show in ITR this
Not an issue show it as a maturity from an policy or investment.
Or buy bullions.
