I Need a clarification regarding notice i received from Income Tax - Assessment proceeding U/s 143(3) .
I filed ITR for the Financial year 2016-17 (Demonetization period). For that returns Income tax sent me a notice for cash deposit done during that financial year for an amount of 1 Lakh rupees.
Actually i got that amount from my uncle, that he took from me one year before. I don't have a relevant proofs to show IT. Kindly provide me a solution to overcome this issue.
