Sir i am salaried person. I have deposited 8lakh rs in my saving account during demontization. My annual income is 10lakh rs. I have also withdrawal 4 lakh pf last year. I gave this money to my relative as they need it but later on he refused to return back. But during demontization he was ready to return me in old notes,as i have no option i accepted it and deposite in my saving account. Now i am worrying how to give compliance??? Please helpin.

you not need worry about this you give answer in your question. you withdrawal your account sum reason you not use this amount now you deposits in your account your money is own money. you not need to say any one I withdrawal money for relative and he give after demonization. because he also phase problem. I think you have sufficient proof your cash
