Cash deposite compliance

I am salaried person. I have deposited 800000rs. Due demontinization period in saving account. I received sms to give compliance. My yearly income is 100000rs per annum. I have also withdrawal my pf last year of 400000rs. I gave 6.5 lakh to my relative and later on he was refused to give back borrowed money but during demonsization he was ready to back borrowed money in old notes. Though i have no option i accepted it. Now i am worrying how to give complince??? Please suggest.....
