Cash Deposit in Savings Account

My mother has deposited 9lakhs cash in her savings account during 18-19(she is a housewife and doesn't files return). Now she has received notice from income tax dept for not filing ITR. She has saved some money from rent rcvd from her house and some are personal borrowings from relative but she has no proof of either as they are rcvd in cash . How can this issue be tackled?

Quick Summary
A user's mother, a housewife, deposited a significant cash sum into her savings account and has received an Income Tax notice for not filing an ITR. She lacks documentation for the cash source, which came from rent and personal borrowings. The advice suggests responding to the notice by filing returns and declaring income, potentially by showing rent below the taxable threshold and categorising borrowings from multiple relatives.

Unless she shows her income prof nobody believe . she has to file returns and pay tax
Make an response regarding this notice by showing
Rent is below 250000/- and Borrowing from relative are more than 10-15 relative showing 19900/-each
