Cash deposit directly by customer jiin seller bank account

Rs 225000 directly deposited in seller bank account by customer in single transaction on single day in November 2019 fy 2019-20. Is any penalty attract to seller since more than Rs 200000 deposited in Bank account. Though he has not received cash in his hand.
