Cash bal can't adjust

Sir cash bal 100.00 in cash ledger but I can't adjust that amt in 3b because not reflected in 3b. what I do?

Kindly check under which head the balance is lying in Cash Ledger & under which head the Tax liability is being created. (both must be under same head)
