In recent 2 exams, Institute has not asked practical questions from Law... But, it does n't mean they won't ask this time....
It is better to prepare practical as well as descripttive questions...

There is no confirmation or notification about this...... they can ask questions at their own discretion..

thnx sir but the notifiaction issed by icai for strategic managmaent of non applicabiltily of case study is avilable ,is there no any info for low case applicabilty on that notification?

NO... it's only about non-applicability of case study in IT&SM....
