I had enrolled for industrial training on 15 June 2012 when I had 6 months left for my articleship to get over because I had excess leaves of 135 days and institute allowed me to undergo industrial training for 10 months. Now during my industrial training i took exam leave for 49 days. So now when should my industrial training end ? Do I have to serve the 49 days extra in training ? Please let me know if the question is clear or u need any other information to answer this question.
No.. It must allow Exams leave so you need not to complete your leave days subject to you must fulfil condition that, you can only take 1/7 leave of No. of days actually working in office of 3 years.
Plz i have spoken abt excess leaves ...kindly elaborate on that aspect
