Case laws in direct taxation

Hi raghavendra,recent case laws as well as landmark judgements play a very importnat role in CA final exams..You are not required to mug up the case or the title..in fact what is required is you should be very clear with the logic so that you can express it in your own language in exam..nevrtheless quoting case laws always fetches you betr marks but again as i said it is not mandatory..
