Sday went through the indirect tax book (finals)
the first chapter , in every alternate lines some or the other case laws have been given.
any one to help me to give a jist of all important case laws for final xams ?

ICAI issued a case laws book for DT & IDT before exam for ca-final. all case law in exam are from that case law book. soft copy can be downloaded from icai.org
i think u have to first understand the concept and then only refer for the case law book published by ICAI.
These case laws are for understanding the concepts. Further, when u will prepare for the exams just go through the case law given in the RTP of the relevant attempy because the questions will be definatily from these.

In indirect taxes exams 32 marks paper comes from that case book. See the last attempt papers and you will know it..
