In final adequate attention is given for case laws but is it really necessary to prepare bulk of case laws before exams.

How much we should give attention to case laws in Direct tax? How we can prepare for these case laws?

you can refer to icai booklet for case laws on direct and indirect taxes....this supplement is published every year in Sep/Oct
