I have to prepare Balance Sheet of a Company.
I m doing it for the first time, pls help me, as to how to proceed.

Take a print out of the Trial Balance for the period for which Balance Sheet is to be prepared.Prepare all the schedules of assets, liabilities, Income and Expenditures then link these schedules to Balance sheet and Profit and loss format.
