So I incured losses in FNO in the year FY- 2022-23 to the tune of INR 3,00,000/-
But did not report it for computation in the assessment year 2023-2024.
Now in this FY 2023-2024 I have Short term Capital Gains on sale of equity to the tune of INR 2,50,000/-
Can I still do something under CFL and claim those losses in the AY 2024-2025.

As you have no bought forward losses as per ITR filed, it will not be allowed.
