Carriage outward transport charges applicable for Service Tax GTA.

Yes.. Abatement of 75 % is available in case of GTA..

YEs applicable with Abatement @ 75%,,, but cenvat credit can not avail... on this outwr carriage..!!

Yes, service tax is applicable and you need to pay if only the freight value crosses Rs,750/- and you can avail abatement of 75% and have to pay 12.36% after availing the abatement.

ONLY "EOU UNITS" ARE EXEMPT FROM PAYING SERVICE TAX ON GTA FOR CARRIAGE OUTWARD FOR EXPORTS ... ON DTA SALE THEY HAVE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ...
