CARO 2016 is not applicable on all audit reports issued by a Chartered Accountant for a company. CARO is only applicable to certain types of companies registered in India including a foreign company. CARO isapplicable for the following types of companies: Companies with a paid-up capital of more than Rs.100 lakhs
