Career choice

Pay wise : I feel job is better, because you get a handful of money from your young age itself and its the time when you can use it for yourself at your choice. Also the future earnings depends on where you intends to put up your firm.

Client's satisfaction : depends on the quality of output. And ofcourse few may prefer gents over ladies

First of all it is entirely depends on individual interest.i think if you want to lead life in a very cool manner without having much of challenges governament job is better.and pay wise also job will b an good option.

Always Govt job is a comfort zone.

Also you can look into practice if you are going to marry a practicing Chartered Accountant :P
