This is for a friend of mine, please help him out:
" I'm thinking of pursuing ACCA. Could anyone help clear a few concerns of mine?
1. What is the shortest possible time to complete all the exams, i.e. to become an affliate. Can it be done in 1.5 years?
2. Is there any prospects to gain the required 3 years work experience in India? If so, how much salary can i expect during that time? Around 30,000 per month?
3. If not in India which other countries can i gain the required 3 years work experience? And around how much would it pay?
Thanks in advance for any answers! Please help out, there are'nt many people who know about the ACCA course and can help.
Also, the only degree i have is a BTech in Electrical and Electronics. I realize it has no value in Commerce field, but i had no choice. Now that its over, i want to shift to commerce field as that is what i always wanted to do. And sorry if i seem to put too much importance on salary, but i will be 25 years old this year and i cant afford to not earn some money. That is also why i can't pursue CA as the stipend during articleship is very low."
