You can pass bellow given entry in F9 (purchase ) in Accounting mode or vouchers mode , in Tally prime
Car services exp A/c Dr
Input. CGST A/c Dr
Input SGST. A/c. Dr
To Trade Creditors A/c Cr
( Car service expenses payable)
