Car Hire Charges - After increment

Dear All,

Please clarify me the doubt.

Last year one our employee was getting Rs.8350 as car hire charges(we will deduct TDS and we will pay the balance amount). Now he got increment and he wants to increase the car hire charges to Rs.10000/- per month. Is it possible, Is there any limits as the IT provision.
