do we show the captive consumption details like production qty, issue qty OB and CB of captive goods in ER 1 return in monthly or we maintain only record of that goods. pls clarify as early as possible.

yes we need to show as per my opinion
The intermediate product manufactured within the factory is exempt from duty if it is consumed captively for manufacture of used for in or in relation to manufacture of final product. No need to enter the quantity of captive goods in ER-1 only you can maintain the record.
