CAPITALISATION
Whether to capitalise stabilizer purchased along with AC together or needs to capitalise seperately like stabilizer or AC seperate items?

If AC can not be operative without stabiliser then add cost to AC
if seperatly stabiliser is purchased seperatly and not for specific purpose then capitalise it seperatly (after considering other rules)
if replaced for old stabiliser then don't capitalise
