Company had capitalised the fire extinguisher earlier now these needs to be refilled. There are total 62 cylinders and company need to pay around INR 3 laks towards the same.
Please let me know do we need to capitalise this cost in the books of accounts.
Revenue Expenditure only it is just like filling petrol to your car
If the frequency of refilling is more than 1 accounting period....you can capitalise else its revenue expenditure....
