I have 2 properties in navi mumbai. One was bought in 2010 and other one in 2016.
Would like to know If I can sell 2010 property to settle home loan of 2016 property without attracting any capital gain tax.

Not eligible to claim exemption on LTCG tax, by settlement of home loan over property purchased in 2016.
Ling term Capital gain tax can be set off against sec 54 , 54EC, .
