Dear All !
I am filing form 23AC for my Company ,for the very first time due to redemption of pref.sharesansfered funds to CRR .other than CRR . we dont have any Capital reserve .
Point 13 of 23AC requires details of Capital reserve ,my CA suggested me that CRR comes under the catagory of CR hence I should put CRR amount in point 13 ,according to him Reserves are broadly classified in CR and revernue reserve as CRR is not the part of RR we have to mention it as CR .
As per my knowledge if both are same then why we mention it as CRR ,It has diffrent usage hence separte and we shhould not mention it as CR . kindly help me to solve this query whether Ishould mention CRR in point 13 or not.
