Hi All, My apartment association is planning on redeveloping our old apartment. The builder plans to reconstruct 4 apartments and build 6 in its place. I wanted to check if there is any capital gains this transaction will attract as my UDS gets reduced?
Not GST, but capital gains?
Even when there is no transfer of cash? Even when it is only a notional gain?
