Capital gains exempt
our place is one village and population is 9000.our agriculture land distance from OUR place is more than 3 kilometres.it is exempt from capital gain.please reply sir.

Check its aerial distance from any cantonment zone i.e from a any municipality, municipal corporation, notified area committee, town area committee, town committee for its rural status.
Gram panchayat area
Roughly, it can be said that if the land is more than 8 km away from any town or municipal zone, it will be treated as Rural Agricultural land.
