Capital gains
sir, my friends land was acquired by highways dept for road extn he was pd compensation of rs 2 lakhs 10% of tds was deducted. he is a salaried employee. can he claim the tds deducted while filing return of income . pl explain the procedure for the same

that tds amount will be treated as advance tax and will be adjusted against the total tax liability .. no separate procedure is required .. just file itr 2
