commercial open plot property is purchased before 50 years, If sold in currect tube, what will be indexing cost of said property, as of Jantri of 1981, 1991 or 2001 ?

Sub-Registrar office of your circle.
You can get the value as on 1/4/2001 from the state govt portals or get a registered valuation engineer to do the work for you with a valuation report . That would make things bit more authentic when you get any questions during assessment.
With indexation 20 % CG tax without 12.5% tax is applicable on the computed capital gains .
