@ Madhavi Pandit,
Sorry Cost of land was wrong,it was purchased for Rs.15 lacs in 2008.
So LTCG will come to Rs.12.13 lacs.
& there is some STCG in investment in shares.
Please comment if there is any tax saving scheme for a P.lTd Co.
